You don't understand the meaning of your choice...

I got inspired by a few Nuka pictures I saw yesterday. When I watched The Lion King 2 for the first time, I thought Nuka was just some dumb who complained all the time. However, when I grew, I came to realize that Nuka wasn't like that at all. Instead, he was a poor lion whose father took away his right to be "the chosen one", giving it to someone who wasn't even his son. Then his mother always yeleld at him, when he just tried to do his best. Nuka shouldn't have died Here's a small story I wrote to this picture. I apologize for any possible grammar errors, but English isn't my native language.

Nuka walked in the Outlands. Once again he had failed, and his mother had yelled at him. Nuka thought about Kovu, and how Scar chose him to be his heir. Anger built up in Nuka - Kovu wasn't even Scar's son! At least Nuka was... but Scar hadn't even cared. Nuka thought about the days of his cubhood, when he was the only kid in the family. He would be the center of attention. But when Kovu arrived, Scar chose him to be his heir. Nuka looked at the red sky. "You don't understand what your choice meant to me..." Nuka said silently, a tear starting to form in his eye.

This was referenced slightly since it was my first time drawing Nuka. Ever. :3
